Popcorn Ceiling Removal

Popcorn ceilings date a house faster than any other surface in it, and removing them is the single highest-impact change you can make to a room for the money. We scrape the texture, repair what is underneath, and finish the ceiling smooth.

The reason most people put this off is the mess, so containment is the part we take seriously: floors, walls, trim, and fixtures masked before anything gets wet, and the debris bagged and hauled out rather than left for you. One important note — popcorn texture installed before the early 1980s can contain asbestos. If your ceiling is that vintage, have it tested before anyone scrapes it, and we will work from the results.
