Curved Wall Drywall

Curved and radius walls are the part of a drywall job most crews would rather not bid. Board has to be scored or wetted and bent to the radius, fastened without flattening the arc, and finished so the curve reads as one continuous sweep instead of a series of facets.

Barrel ceilings, rounded stairwells, arched openings, radius bulkheads — we take this work on, and it pairs naturally with a Level 5 finish, because a curve is exactly where a lesser finish shows every seam.

What the job includes

  • Radius walls, arched openings, and barrel ceilings
  • Board scored or wetted and bent to the true radius
  • Flexible bead and trim on curved corners
  • Finishing that keeps the arc continuous, not faceted
  • Pairs with a Level 5 smooth finish
  • Rounded stairwells and radius bulkheads
